By signing up to be a member of the Cayman Islands Marketing Professionals Association you agree for your name to be displayed in the CIMPA directory, which is visible only to other members.

Cayman Islands Marketing Professionals Association shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, .you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between Cayman Islands Marketing Professionals Association and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cayman Islands for the resolution of any disputes.

Delivery Policy

All CIMPA products are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. The delivery email will contain a link to download the purchased products.

Billing & Refund Policy

CIMPA products including events, trainings, partnership, and sponsorships are non-refundable. If paying offline, invoices issued must be paid upon receipt. Cheques must be made out to the Cayman Islands Marketing Professionals Association. CIMPA membership dues are required to be paid each year to maintain membership. Membership dues are non-refundable.
