Natalie is a skilled marketing professional with over 10 years’ experience in the Cayman Islands and beyond. She excels at strategic planning, managing campaigns and events, leading project teams, budget planning, employee engagement, liaising with stakeholders and delivering results.
Over her years in the industry, both in the public and private sector, Natalie has developed expertise in multiple marketing disciplines, including digital and social media, integrated communications, media relations, sales and event management. As well as working with a range of clients in industries such as healthcare, tourism and financial services, Natalie has played a crucial role in the planning and promotion of some of the Cayman Islands’ largest events, including the Cayman Islands Healthcare Conference and Taste of Cayman Food & Drink Festival.
Natalie has a Bachelors’ degree in Psychology, specializing in Consumer Psychology, as well as two CIM Level 6 Diplomas in Professional Marketing and Sustainable Marketing.
Outside of her day job, Natalie has served on the Board of Directors of the Cayman Islands Tourism Association (CITA) and Cayman Islands Marketing Professionals Association (CIMPA). She is also an avid foodie and, in 2019, was selected as the winner of the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism’s Culinary Blogger Competition and had the honor of covering the Cayman Cookout for CIDOT’s Culinary Capital Blog.
