With a passion for promoting strategies that drive the creation of diverse spaces, Sandra is responsible for the strategic implementation of all Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives at Metrix.
She is dedicated to the continual progression of the organization’s practices and processes to ensure we create an inclusive and equitable workplace and community. For our clients, Sandra provides strategic input and oversight on all projects that have a DEI focus. Sandra is able to draw from her background in communications to gain a deep understanding of the client’s business objectives, strategy, and target audience, to consult to training solutions that align with their needs and vision.
