As a Global Brand Manager at Spotify, Simone leads global marketing initiatives, propelling the brand forward with tentpole campaigns like Spotify Wrapped and spearheading brand plans for future-forward partnerships and collaborations.

Prior to Spotify, she worked at several advertising agencies including Wieden + Kennedy, Kamp Grizzly and Ogilvy between New York City and Portland, Oregon, developing strategic, integrated campaigns across entertainment, sport, fitness, and music industries.

Simone has a dedicated commitment to the inclusion and advancement of diverse talent in the marketing and advertising industry. She was an American Association of Advertising Agencies Coach through MAIP (Multicultural Advertising Internship Program) for four consecutive summers providing insight, weekly coaching and guidance to aspiring marketing professionals. Since participating in the program herself in 2015, she’s given back to the organization helping students gain real world experience and land jobs post-internship. Simone also serves as a mentor for Spotify’s PULSE Fellowship Program, a 1-year creative development program for Black professionals. 

Simone is an honored recipient of 2024’s Forbes 30 Under 30 in Marketing & Advertising, 2020 Adweek Rising Fellow, 2016 ADCOLOR Future, and 2015’s American Advertising Federations’ Most Promising Multicultural Student.

She is a proud graduate of Elon University in North Carolina. At Elon, Simone was a D1 track and field athlete and a two-time team champion. Passionate about fitness, wellness and creative media, Simone seeks the opportunity to amplify those industries and communities both personally and professionally.
