    JOB TITLE: Head of Marketing & Business Development

    Position Summary:

    Walkers, a leading international law and professional services firm, is seeking a senior-level Head of Marketing & Business Development (Americas). This role is open to qualified Caymanians or individuals with Employment Rights.

    The position involves leading regional marketing and business development strategy, managing a team, and working closely with senior leadership to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance the firm’s presence across the Americas. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning regional efforts with global strategy while ensuring strong execution across teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as a trusted senior advisor to Partners on regional strategy, client development, and market positioning.

    • Champion the firm’s global marketing and business development strategy, ensuring consistent application across the Americas region.

    • Develop and deliver regional marketing and business development initiatives aligned with firmwide priorities and growth objectives.

    • Lead cross-border and multi-jurisdictional business development and client engagement programmes.

    • Drive strategic account management and cross-selling initiatives in partnership with lawyers across practices and jurisdictions.

    • Identify key sources of business and revenue, using data-driven insights to develop and execute targeted growth programmes.

    • Oversee regional business planning and budgeting, ensuring effective allocation of M&BD investment and measurable return.

    • Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing regional Marketing and Business Development team, fostering growth and operational excellence.

    • Promote best-practice business development processes, ensuring operational consistency and compliance with regional policies and brand standards.

    • Encourage the use of data and CRM systems to support informed decision-making and performance tracking.

    Position Summary:

    Dart is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join Dart Enterprises Ltd. / Dart People Ltd. This role supports the delivery of integrated marketing initiatives across the business, collaborating with internal teams and partners to elevate brand visibility and customer engagement.

    DO YOU HAVE:

    • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline
    • Experience working in a fast-paced marketing or communications environment, supporting multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong organisational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail
    • Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    • A proactive, energetic and adaptable approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
    • A genuine interest in marketing, creativity, teamwork and continuous improvement, with the ability to contribute ideas that inspire strong brand outcomes

    WE WANT YOU TO:

    • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and brands
    • Assist with marketing planning activities, including briefs, schedules, budgets, media coordination and reporting
    • Provide event support before, during and after marketing activations
    • Manage daily marketing requests, production workflows, databases and branded merchandise inventory
    • Conduct market research and assist with performance analysis to inform marketing decisions
    • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and proactively support improved marketing and communication efforts across the business
